Lodging
Please check the blog
for updated lodging information.
Los Alamos has a number of hotels and bed and breakfasts.
Camping
Los Alamos is adjacent to the Santa Fe National Forest and Bandelier National Monument. Camping in the National Forest is mostly along State Route 4 in the Jemez Mountains. Some undeveloped spots can be found closer to town. At Bandelier, the Ponderosa campground is the best choice, and is located near the intersection of State Route 4 and NM 501. See this Google map showing a number of local camping options. Also, you may contact the race director to setup lawn camping or to be hosted by a local runner. The local running scene is a small and friendly group of folks.
