Registration for all of the 2010 JMTR runs is now closed and we are unable to maintain any waitlists. Sorry. Please check back in December 2010 for information regarding registration for the 2011 JMTR runs. Click the link in the table below to go to the current entrants page for each race on UltraSignup.com.
The JMTR races take place in the scenic Jemez mountains in Northern New Mexico. The course is on technical
trails with a substantial amount of elevation change. The 50k and 50 mile events include extremely
steep climbs and descents on very technical terrain. On the course, runners will experience high
altitude (over 10,000 feet above sea level), scree fields, stream crossings, fallen trees,
and other obstacles. Please review the
course description page for more details. Runners are encouraged to consider their comfort
level on this type of terrain before registering.

All entrants will recieve a t-shirt, a Jemez Mountain Trail Runs poster of an original painting by Secundino Sandoval (above), free entry to the pre-race pasta dinner, and other goodies as we get them figured out.
Packet pick-up will be at the pre-race pasta dinner on Friday, May 21st, from 5pm to 7pm at the Crossroads Bible Church in Los Alamos (PDF map). Packets can also be picked up at least 15 minutes before the race at the Posse Shack. There will be a course briefing and special presentation during the dinner at 6:00pm.
Refund Policy
There is no refund for withdrawing and no wait list will be maintained.
Cancellation Policy
The race director reserves the right to cancel the race in the case of conditions beyond our control
such as wild fire, extreme weather, or other acts of nature or unusual circumstances. The runner's
safety is the top priority in the decision. After accounting for the significant amount of funds that will have already been committed, the JMTR will return a portion of the entry fee if the race is cancelled .
We'd appreciate your understanding the situation if cancellation is necessary.
