Fifth Annual Jemez Mountain Trail Runs
50 mile, 50k, Half Marathon

Registration for all of the 2010 JMTR runs is now open. Online registration is via UltraSignup.com. Register now for the 50 mile, 50 kilometer or the half marathon race.
The lists of current entrants are: 50 mile entrants, 50k entrants and the half marathon entrants.

The fourth running (2009) of the Jemez Mountain Trail Runs was a success. Over 400 hundred runners were treated to excellent running weather. A cold front moved through the night before the race resulting in temperatures in the 60s with mostly cloudy skies. This was a welcome relief from the 80 degree heat in Los Alamos during the week before the race.

The overall winner of the 50 mile race was Ryan Burch with a time of 9:13:52. Darcy Africa led the women with an impressive time of 10:48:44. Darcy's time sets a new course record for the current course route.

In the 50k race Paul Saladino edged out Keri Nelson to win in 5:25:33. Keri won the womens race with a time of 5:31:53.
